Full Wedding Planning Service | Price: 10-15% (min £2500)

If planning a wedding seems impossible on top of the normal daily pressures of a professional career and family, or you want a professional touch to your day, then we can offer a full design, planning and management service, as individual as you!

Planning a wedding takes a huge amount of time and devotion, the responsibility of organising such an important event can be daunting, and leave you arriving at the altar feeling tired and stressed.  By employing a wedding planner, you can relax and enjoy your engagement, whilst maintaining all the minute details that make your day a personal and special occasion.

We will arrange to meet with you for a complementary consultation, to allow us the opportunity to get to know you as a couple, as well as your individual personalities.  We will explore your aspirations and requests for the day, answer any questions that you have and give you the best feel for how we could work together.  Within a week, we will forward you our proposal, detailing your wedding day wishes, the services that are required and our quotation for them.

To ensure that you remain up-to-date and fully informed about your preparations, we will provide you with a personal planning file with details of your timeline, reports, budget and payment schedules for suppliers.

Design

If you are happy to go ahead with our proposal, then we will present our initial design ideas to you, from which we can then decide on the perfect style for you.   With our imagination and understanding of you and your wishes, we will create a personalised theme for your day, and will produce a design board that reflects your ideas.  We will source accessories and finishing touches to realise your vision to ensure that all suppliers work towards and enhance your theme

Venue Search & Co-ordination

We will research our extensive, personally visited directory of venues and special unknown treasures to ensure that we will find and manage you a venue that really captures and enhances the atmosphere and style of your wedding.  We can also provide detailed advice on the ceremony style and format if required.

Supplier Management

We will find, manage and co-ordinate suppliers.  We will recommend the very best suppliers and liaise with them throughout the planning to make sure that are fully up to speed with your wedding plans.  We can order samples and arrange appointments, complete the administration and confirm all details, timings and deliveries.  We will source a dedicated and professional supplier based solely on their product, suitability and reliability for you. Any discounts negotiated will be passed directly onto you.

On The Day Co-ordination

From the initial set up until your departure, Elizabeth will be available on the day ensuring that everything runs smoothly, and will decorate the venue on your behalf, in accordance with your theme.  We will liaise with the venue and suppliers to ensure that everything comes together seamlessly, and that any problems are dealt with professionally and discreetly without disrupting your day.
