Wedding Day Co-ordination | Price: £400 (9 Hours)

If you have planned and designed your own day, and want to ensure that all of the elements come together seamlessly, without spending the day running around organising your guests and co-ordinating suppliers, we can be there, working on your behalf to follow through your vision for the day.  We are professional and will work discreetly to ensure that issues are dealt with without disrupting your special day. 

We will arrange to meet with you 2-3 weeks before your wedding, to discuss your plans in detail and to handover any contacts and wedding resources.  Full e-mail support will be available to the Bride & Groom in the build up to your wedding day.

On the day, a professional and experienced wedding planner will be present, to support your Best Man & Ushers, co-ordinate suppliers, announce speeches and ensure that your day runs to time, and inaccordance with your wishes.  Our Wedding Planner Emergency Kit will be available to assist in dealing with any unforseen incidents.

Should you decide to use Simply Elegant or Simply Elegant Decor for any other services then there will be a 10% discount.
